Blended learning
A training provider in the Defence sector had won a project to develop online blended learning for a large defence system. It had had many problems in finding contract e-learning developers with the right skills and who were available to do the project. So it approached Cherryleaf to see if we could assist them.
Classroom course notes
A technology distributor was implementing a CRM (Sage Salelogix) project. The application was is highly configurable, so while the staff understood the business processes, they were unfamiliar with the new system. If they didn’t understand how to use the system, there was a danger the sales process would become less efficient. They required someone to work with the project managers to write the training documentation needed for when the system went live. Cherryleaf developed training course notes relevant to the client’s configuration, covering the “how to” functionality and an overview of various parts of the system.
