Examples of our work

Over time, we will be building up a list of illustrations of our work for clients. Unfortunately, a lot of the work we do is confidential to our clients, so we are limited by what we can show here.

Web Based Help

This Help system was designed for users of a Web application. It was done in vanilla HTML, not HTML Help.

The following are example of websites we have developed. Of course, the Cherryleaf Web site itself is an example of our own work.

  • Prison Health Care Practitioners, a world wide organisation established to provide an association and common meeting ground for those who serve prisoners in a health care setting:

Paper User Manuals and Quick Reference Cards

This user guide and the quick reference card were developed for a Web based business to business trading and auction system.

The purpose of the User guide was to :

  • Enable Buyers and Sellers to understand HOW to do the key tasks needed in order to carry out the main processes
  • Enable Buyers and Sellers to understand WHY they should be doing them
  • Encourage Buyers and Sellers to to use the system, by explaining the benefits of the system (WHY)
  • Guide/refer users to more detailed information contained in other documents, such as the Help file.
  • Provide trouble shooting information (e.g. information for AOL, Netscape and Macintosh users)

The purpose of the quick reference cards was to:

  • Enable Buyers to understand WHAT to do in order to BUY quickly and easily
  • Enable Sellers to understand WHAT to do in order to SELL quickly and easily
