It is looking to hire a Technical Author, primarily tasked with producing user guides, reference guides and release notes for its software. You’ll be joining a team of Technical Authors who create technical and end-user documentation.

You need to have skills in using Author-it, image software such as PaintShop Pro, and PDF creation software.

You also need to have experience:

- working as a Technical Author in the software industry
- documenting large, complex, dynamic computer systems.
