  3. We send you our Terms and Conditions. We may also call you to get more information on the type of person you’re looking for.
  4. You sign and return our Terms and Conditions.
  5. We contact you to confirm receipt and start to advertise the role to our community of technical communicators via our newsletter, web site, database and the community forums.
  6. Cherryleaf identifies potential candidates. We talk to them to qualify if there is a good match between them and the vacancy.
  7. You receive the CVs and background information on any suitable screened candidates.

How much does it cost?

If you recruit a candidate introduced by us, there’s a recruitment fee based on a percentage of the basic salary offered to the candidate. If you do not hire any of the candidates we send to you, then there’s no fee.

Can I advertise a role in your newsletter, but not use your recruitment agency service?

We only advertise positions on our recruitment agency service’s books. Remember, you only pay if you hire a candidate we’ve put forward.
