This client provides power generation equipment and services, and it is looking to recruit a technical author/group leader to develop support documentation within its gas turbine business.
You will be responsible for creating and updating documentation relating to the building and commissioning of gas turbines. You'll also leading a team of technical writers, so they are also looking for someone who can manage and plan budgets, resources and the staff development of this international team. This also includes looking at ways to improve the documentation processes, tools, quality and cost-effectiveness.
You must have: experience within the chemical plant sector; a degree (or equivalent) in an engineering subject; at least 3 years technical writing experience.
