Our client is looking for a contract Technical Author to develop documentation related to their software. The documentation will describe software used by pensions providers sector; it will be used by internal staff to understand the system - what it is , how it works, data models etc.
They want to engage a contractor for three months initially, with a likely contract extension thereafter. A lot of information will need to gathered through interviewing Subject Matter Experts on site, although some off-site work will be possible. Given the specialist nature of their work, you need to have past, relevant experience of pensions, SIPPs or similar.
This client modifies helicopters and aircraft so they can be used for specialist purposes, and it is looking to recruit a Technical Author to join its team and develop documentation for assisting its customers.
You need to have experience as a Technical Author in the aviation industry and excellent English skills. You also need to be able to work in Switzerland (i.e. an EU National) and have some basic knowledge of German (in order to integrate into the team).

Our client is looking for an experienced technical author to produce operation and procedural Data Modules and page blocks, as well as MIL-SPEC Specifications from engineering reports, drawings and manuals.
You'll be producing service bulletins, letters, field service instructions and other aircraft modification packages, as well as draft illustrations,schematic diagrams and illustration production packages. This will also involve organising and discussing maintenance procedures with the engineering departments.
