Offshoring jobs mean more work to the onsite people. When a job is offshore, the organization must ensure the quality of deliverables. Probably, there is a distinct advantage in costs but the organization must ensure that adequate training and technology transfer is given. When jobs are outsourced to countries like India, there is a threat of attrition. To overcome all these business hazards it’s better to pay a bit more and get quality product.
