The feedback was amazing. I have taken some online courses where it felt like an AI was answering or there was no feedback at all. They guided me through what was good in my submitted answers and things I could have done better in a positive, professional tone that encouraged me to continue. There were also alternative answers generated that allowed me to see the topic from a different perspective.
I had an idea about technical writing before starting the course and I now have a clear understanding about the requirements in a job scenario. It has helped me see technical writing from the given audience perspective. Find out who you are writing for and cater to their needs not to just add lots of fancy words and create lists. Simplicity is our friend and the importance of reviewing your documents.
