I found the course extremely helpful in formalising and supplementing the knowledge I’ve built up on the job as a working technical writer for the past few years.
It filled in the gaps and educated me about best practice, and will help me not only in my own work but also in improving our playbooks and SOPs and in onboarding new documentation staff.
