Our client is looking to recruit a full time Technical Author.
The company is an international company that develops a range of equipment for the Oil and Gas sector.
You will create and maintain user, and related technical documentation, for their products. This will include operational guides, maintenance manuals, and specification documents. The work will involve creating and editing graphics (for example: photos and 3D CAD diagrams). You’ll need follow the documentation standards (templates and style guides) they’ve developed.
You must have:
- At least 5 years relevant technical writing experience (i.e. working for an engineering or energy equipment company)
- The ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience of working with engineering and project teams.
