Our client is looking for a contract Technical Author.
This is a a six-month contract, with the a possibility of a three month extension.
Your role:
- Plan, research, and write user documentation for their SaaS application (related to e-Commerce)
- Work closely with UX, Product, Engineering, and SMEs to understand how features work
- Work with UX designers to provide clear and compelling user interface copy
- Meet deadlines and complete multiple projects on time
The client’s office is in Belfast, but you can work from home (if you are located in the UK/ROI).
