OpenAI has just released GPTs, which means you can now create custom versions of ChatGPT that combine instructions, extra knowledge, and any combination of skills.
We’ve decided to replace the experimental chatbot for the Cherryleaf website we released last week, with one that is based on GPTs.

This chatbot contains information from our website that’s been published since 2019. We found that excluding older blog posts helped reduce the amount of incorrect responses from the chatbot.
The GPTs functionality offers a cheap and easy way to create a chatbot for a website. However, there are some limitations, It’s not the fastest chatbot in the world, and you don’t get a log of the queries. It also doesn’t seem to use all the information we’ve uploaded to it – that’s something we’re investigating to see if we can fix.
