Webinar 27 July – Delivering user documentation in a downturn

This free Cherryleaf webinar is for people who must manage documentation projects with limitations on their budget and personnel. Among the things we’ll cover are:

  • How the recent economic downturn and signs of recovery have affected the way some organisations deliver user assistance.
  • What you can do when “nice to have” is no longer on the agenda.

The webinar will be held on Tuesday 27th July 2010, at 10.00am British Summer Time (09.00 GMT).

The event is free, but registration is required. Places are limited to 50 delegates only.

Oh dear, that’s 4:00 a.m. for us in Texas! Will it be recorded? Thanks!

Sorry – our customers are nearly all based in Europe, which is why we’ve picked that time of the day.
Will it be recorded – don’t know at this stage.

Any idea / plans to record the webinar for viewing later?

Hi Ellis. What is the expected duration of the webinar please?

I am trying to register for this but the “widget” is still saying – Loading please wait…
Its been a good few minutes.

We’ve had a quite a few people register, so it is working. It might be struggling under the load.
It was appearing immediately when I looked at it at 9am.

It still doesnt seem to be working Ellis. Can you register for me or am I too late?

Thanks Ellis. I would like to regsiter for the other webinar too if you can help. 🙂
